Case and occupational management is responsible for the reception and surgical coordination, as well as for planning the discharge of our patients.
Our goal is to ensure a smooth organizational process before, during and after your stay. To this end, we work closely with the social counseling (link) in order to enable postoperative care, nursing or rehabilitation.
We want to increase patient satisfaction by being the direct contact for patients whose relatives and for physicians or medical institutions are available.
After you have learned during the consultation that a stationary stay is necessary for an operation or examination, we will receive all relevant information for the planning of the appointment on the same day. We will contact you as soon as possible, usually within a few days.

Case and document management is available from 07:00 to 15:00 from Mondays to Fridays.
